Booking policy overview
How appointments, changes, and treatment suitability are handled.
Booking requests may be accepted by email, direct message, or another confirmed booking route. Treatment suitability may need to be checked before an appointment is finalised.
Before treatment
Please share relevant information about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, skin conditions, or anything else that could affect treatment suitability or comfort.
Changes and cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If a specific cancellation window, deposit, or late cancellation rule is confirmed during booking, that booking-specific arrangement applies.
Late arrival
Late arrival may reduce available treatment time where necessary to protect later bookings.
